Speaking during an interview on AIT on Friday, August 14, Kevinblak revealed that he tied the knot about a month ago.
Kevinblak, whose Governor Amuneke skits have gone viral for their political satire, explained that his character is a tool to mirror governance not only in Nigeria but across Africa. He said his aim is to pass a direct message to leaders about the need to serve citizens better without naming individuals outright.
When asked about his famous catchphrase, “let’s see the edit”, and the identity of his editor, Kevinblak said he prefers to keep that detail anonymous to maintain the mystery.
Speaking about the meaning of Amuneke, the skit maker joked that its true interpretation “cannot be said on national TV” but confirmed it is a humorous Igbo name. He also revealed that he had been creating skits long before his Governor Amuneke persona became popular.
Fans and followers flooded social media with congratulatory messages and humorous reactions to the interview, praising Kevinblak for his creativity and unique style in satirical comedy.
